This letter is to officially tender my resignation as Secretary of the Lake Sans Souci Property Owners Association.
All documents relating to the Association which I have in my possession are enclosed. Among the documents I am surrendering are copies (I am unable to locate the original documents) of the Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Incorporation, Revised and Restate Declaration of Reservations, Covenants, Agreements, Restrictions and Conditions affecting the real property Subdivision known as Lake Sans Souci-units One and Two to you. I also am enclosing the minutes and related notices and documents regarding the meetings of Lake Sans Souci Property Owners Association.

Dear Larry:
As you know I sold my interest in the Stoneridge Country Club on April 2, 2001. I retain ownership of one lot and one two bedroom/two bath unit in fourplex #2. Because of this sale I feel Lake Sans Souci Property Owners Association would best be served by my tendering my resignation both as President and as a Board Member and I do so now.
Enclosed is the annual report form for the Lake Sans Souci Property Owners Association which is due on May 31, 2001. At the last meeting on June 6, 1998 the following were elected as Corporate President, Secretary and Directors: President-Keith E. Garner, Secretary-Susan Stewart, Directors-Harold Pinkham, James Ackerman, Dorothy Tompkins, Larry Cunningham, Donna Brown, Keith Rusho and Keith Garner.
With my resignation and Susan Stewart's to follow I am forwarding this on to you for the appropriate action by the remaining Board of Directors until the full membership of the organization can elect a new governing body. As you will note I am copying this letter to Roger Sanders who is managing the Stoneridge Property for the new owners CDS Stoneridge Investments.
