To Current Members and Homeowners:

It is my pleasure to write this letter to convey the excitement we here at C.D.S. Investments get to share with all of you!

C.D.S. Investments is the new owner of the Stoneridge Golf Course and Country Club as of April 2, 2001. C.D.S. Investments is an investment group based out of Salt lake City.  The purchase encompasses all Country Club Properties - 500 acres, the pro shop, sales office, maintenance building, 11 condominiums in three separate units, and 80 platted lots in the Sans Souci subdivision.

With great pleasure, I am excited to report that the pending litigation between the Stoneridge Condominium Association and Keith Garner has been resolved and C.D.S. and the Condominium Association are on our way to building a mutually beneficial working relationship with each other.  We are talking over many new ideas for developing new common facilities for all our members and homeowners.

The upgrade of Stoneridge Golf  Course is going to be the first phase of the development.  On April 16, 2001, the golf course will close for the season.  Improvements consist of new irrigation system, all new green complexes, three new golf holes, wall-to-wall cart paths, new sand bunkers, a 4-acre lake, some wetlands, and beautiful golf course contouring.  This complete project is expected to be ready for a May 2002 Grand Opening

To give everyone the opportunity to have any further questions or comments answered in regards to the new development, we are having an Open House Friday, April 13th, 2001.  The meeting will be held at the Pro-Shop at 9 am.  Coffee, juice, and donuts will be served.  We hope you can join in on this fun and exciting time as we begin the new development of Stoneridge Golf Course.
