RE:         Stoneridge Homeowners Association; Association ballots that were left out of the packet.

Dear Lot Owner:

To update and improve this development, a proposal has been made to amend the restrictive covenants governing Lake Sans Souci and to create a master association of lot owners and sub-associations for each neighborhood.

Over  the past 20 years, Harold and I have seen much accomplished inside the Stoneridge Resort Timeshare because of a well-organized and managed project.  This has not been the case with the rest of Stoneridge.  The Master Association and Sub-Association approach outlined and presented by CDS provides all of us the opportunity to be a part of one of North Idaho's finest Recreational Communities.

Therefore, this is an official notice to inform you of the Annual meeting for the Lake Sans Souci Homeowners Association.  The meeting will be held Monday, October 15, 2001, 7:00 p.m. at The Pro Shop.

Nominations and the election of Board Members for the master and neighborhood association will take place at the meeting.
