Dear Larry and Rosanne Decker:

To update and improve this development, a proposal has been made to amend the restrictive covenants governing Lake Sans Souci and to create a master association of lot owners and sub-associations for each neighborhood.

Therefore, this is an official notice to inform you of the Annual Meeting for the Lake Sans Souci Homeowners Association.  The meeting will be held Saturday, September 22, 2001, 9:00 a.m. at The Loft Restaurant at the Stoneridge Resort (Time Share).

Nominations and the election of Board Members for the master and neighborhood association will take place at the meeting.

Enclosed are copies and drafts of the following documents:

  • Master Association Declaration
  • Declaration of The Forest/Lake Association


Also enclosed are drafts of the following ballots:

  • Master Association Ballot and Consent
  • Ballot and Consent for The Lakes/Forest Association

Please review the above noted documents; and bring your ballots with you to the meeting.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please mark your ballots and send them to:
