Dear Lake Sans Souci Property Owner,
On behalf of the owners in lake Sans Souci Subdivision, I, Harold Pinkham have taken on the task of researching the procedures and cost for individual lot owners to improve roads, designated by C.D.S Investments.
Roads will be 20 feet wide, and when the owners are ready, they will have to pay over the original assessment, for any additional paving onto their property, in the form of an approach.
A special trust account will be set up and administered by CDS to cover the expense of this project. Work will not begin until all funds are deposited by owners and developer. All owners will have to agree with this commitment prior to remitting their funds and establishing this account.
We need to have your vote on this issue, and upon agreement of all owners, we will then notify you of the decision, and a statement will accompany notification. Each lot has been assessed at $1,600.00. However, after reviewing all the lots involved, C.D.S will be supplementing $600.00 per lot which then each lot owner will be responsible for $1000.00 for their share of the pavement of the roads.
We feel that the paved roads will increase the value of your property, whether it is for your permanent home or an investment. If you have any questions or comments prior to voting, please call Harold at (208) 437-0124.

Larry and Roseanne,
Per your conversation with Harold Pinkham in regards to the pavement assessment for the Forest Sub-Division, each lot owner is being asked to pay $1,000.00 for each of their lots. This will help to equal the fairness to the Lakes Sub-Division for their assessments to have their roads paved.
As Harold stated, CDS agrees to a payment plan for your assessment. The terms are $250.00 for each of four (4) months.
