Snow Bids

Charles Thompson stated that he had received bids from snow removal people. He had supplied them

with maps and specifications.

Mike Dolans bid was $250. for the Forest and $200. for the Lakes per push. This did not include

sanding. He would obtain machinery for the use of chemicals, if selected.

3D Enterprise's bid was $150. for the Forest, $75. for sanding intersections, $150. for the Lakes, $75.

for sanding.

Dan stated that he preferred chemical, but noted the problem if a long stretch of extreme cold. It was

noted that that rarely happens at Stonendge.

Roger moved and Dan seconded that we hire Dolan for the 2002-2003 contract year, if the group of

Roger, Gail, and Charles, talked to Dolan and he meets the following criteria: a $1000,000 liability policy,

obtaining use of chemical equipment, and includes information on the number of pushes if needed per day.

Motion passed unanimously.

Gail moved that the LSPOAuse a part of the Stoneridge web site due to the high cost of running our

own. This would include all Board documentation and other pertinent documents. The site would provide

reply ability. Dorothy seconded. The motion passed unanimously. Stoneridge's site is:

Legal Opinion

Charles reviewed opinion from Mike Ealy that he might have a conflict of interest if he represented both

the LSSPOA and CDS (Bridge Enterprises) and recommended Paul Daughtary to become our legal

counsel.

Charles then read a February 13,2002 letter Mr. Daughtary giving his opinions on several legal opinions
